We are three days away from show time! Set up starts on Friday. All vendors should have received a letter or email with their booth location, entrance places and their set up time. If you haven't received that OR have any questions..please please contact me via email. This is a much easier contact avenue. You will receive a quicker response!
I have attached a link to the public vendor list. This provides the booth # and the product type provided!! We are up to about 110 vendors as of right now and still accepting more!

Booth Locations, set-up times & advertisement!
Booth locations and set-up times have gone out! One half went out yesterday and the other half will go out today! Please be on the look out. If for some reason you find a mistake or information that is missing PLEASE PLEASE submit it an email. This will be the easiest way for me to get back to you in a timely manner. Give the USPS a couple of days to get it to you. I think it would be safe to say that if you do not have your letter by Monday then you should contact Brittney Bentley at xmasinlithia@gmail.com

Booth Fees have gone up!
As of October 1st, booth fees for Christmas In Lithia have gone up! If you are sending in your application and booth fee please make sure you send the full $80.00.

Internet Deadline...
Our show is still growing. Please keep advertising the show to customers AND any vendors that might be interested in joining our show!! The vendor booth fee goes up October 1st!
We will start booth assignments in the next coming weeks...so be on the look out in a few weeks for more information from me.
We have set an internet form deadline...I have to have it in my hands no later than October 11th.
The show is getting close and we are getting excited! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you anything!!

CIL Advertising
Good Afternoon "Christmas In Lithia" Vendors!
CIL is looking for suggestions for places to advertise for our show between now and November 9th!
As of right now we run ads in the Chapel Hill News & Views as well as the Villa Rica News and Views. They made facebook postings about it this afternoon. We also ran an ad in the Student/Parent guide that all of our students take home to their parents in the county.
I am currently looking to run an ad in the Douglas County Sentinel as well...
If you have any suggestions, we would gladly take them and look to pursue them. If anyone is interested in taking flyers to their churches or put them in their place of business please let me know and I will forward you one of our ads!

Internet Access at Christmas In Lithia
We are 63 days out!
We've heard and we've listened! Lots of vendors from last year have expressed that due to not having any service in the building, they couldn't use their credit card machines on their phones. We have talked to Douglas County and they are going to give us access to the school internet for that weekend. BUT there is a catch. Each individual requesting to have access to the internet must fill out a county request form. This form also sends you to our county website to read the policy on accessing our internet.
If you would like to gain access to our internet please print the form (link to form is below) and send it back in to myself at P.O. Box 102 Lithia Springs, GA 30122-0102.

Please remember that providing internet is a first time thing for us here at Christmas in Lithia and there MAY be glitches. We are working to have our tech man at school during the weekend to assist in any problems but that is not guaranteed yet. The problem may also be something that he won't have access to fix. This will be a learning year for us but we will work hard to help in any way we can.

Deadlines - In order to get in to the show with the $70.00 fee you must submit your application, pictures and fee by October 1st. The fee will go up to $80.00 after 10/1/2013.

If you are having trouble getting the application just shoot me an email and we will be more than happy to attach the application to an email. If you don't have access to email and would prefer the United States Postal Service, please call Brittney Bentley at 770-651-6879 and leave a detailed message including, name, date, telephone number and the address you would like the application sent to.
Entertainment
Anyone interested in providing entertainment at our show this year (dance, singing, comedian, etc...) please use the link below to get the application. If you will fill out the application and email it to us at xmasinlithia@gmail.com that would be fantastic. Entertainment is on a first come first serve basis. We will let performers pick their slots based on the time we receive the application.
