If you are interested in becoming a vendor for this year's show, please complete the application at the link below and return it to our school address listed on the application.  If you have already sent in your application, we are currently processing them and will let you know when yours has been entered.

Christmas In Lithia 2015!

And We're BACK

Christmas In Lithia is back in business! We have been in the process of changing over sponsors and getting all our ducks in a row! That being said we apologize for the lack of communication, but we are ready to go now! If you have sent in an application already, you will be receiving email confirmation from us VERY SOON! If you haven't sent in your payment or application please send them to our P.O. box. The application is linked at the bottom.

Three Days Out!!

We are three days away from show time! Set up starts on Friday. All vendors should have received a letter or email with their booth location, entrance places and their set up time. If you haven't received that OR have any questions..please please contact me via email. This is a much easier contact avenue. You will receive a quicker response!

I have attached a link to the public vendor list. This provides the booth # and the product type provided!! We are up to about 110 vendors as of right now and still accepting more!

Booth Locations, set-up times & advertisement!

Booth locations and set-up times have gone out! One half went out yesterday and the other half will go out today! Please be on the look out. If for some reason you find a mistake or information that is missing PLEASE PLEASE submit it an email. This will be the easiest way for me to get back to you in a timely manner. Give the USPS a couple of days to get it to you. I think it would be safe to say that if you do not have your letter by Monday then you should contact Brittney Bentley at xmasinlithia@gmail.com

You should also see advertisement in a few local papers. We have placed ads in the Chapel Hill News & Views as well as the Villa Rica News & Views. Ads will also run in the Douglas County Sentinel & the Times Georgia four times between now and November 8th. The first ad should've been in there October 28th.

Anyone on Facebook wanting to post feel free!! Encourage your friends to share your posting as well! We'd really love to have a great turn out this year!!

We ARE still accepting vendors so please spread the word!!!

Booth Fees have gone up!

As of October 1st, booth fees for Christmas In Lithia have gone up! If you are sending in your application and booth fee please make sure you send the full $80.00.

The deadline for internet access is also this Friday!!! Please get this in as soon as possible!!

Internet Deadline...

Our show is still growing. Please keep advertising the show to customers AND any vendors that might be interested in joining our show!! The vendor booth fee goes up October 1st!

We will start booth assignments in the next coming weeks...so be on the look out in a few weeks for more information from me. 

We have set an internet form deadline...I have to have it in my hands no later than October 11th. 

The show is getting close and we are getting excited! Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you anything!!
